Honest Ka'Chava Review

I started drinking Ka’Chava about 6 months ago, and I finally feel like I have had enough experience with the drink to write a review! I think there are two components that really stand out to me: 1) the protein content and 2) the 70+ superfoods in each shake.

For a plant-based drink supplement or standalone protein shake, 25 grams of protein is incredible. I also love that if using it as a meal replacement, you do not have to worry about your nutrients because you are getting organic fruits, vegetables, adaptogens, probiotics, and plant-based proteins. I also think it’s a great way to get in some extra vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants without taking multiple supplements each day. My favorite flavors are Chai and Chocolate, but I think they’re all pretty great!

My one and only complaint with Ka’Chava is the consistency/texture. If you are only using a blender bottle to shake or a spoon to mix the powder, clumps can form. It is definitely best to use a blender to mix Ka’Chava, but sometimes you need one of the shakes on the go or simply don’t want to wash the blender for a quick breakfast.
